Personality:Very Determined and Loyal, almost to the point of stubbornness.Usually calm, unless the situation calls for him to lose his cool.Somewhat Cynical....

History:
Ryakk was born some 3500 or so years ago on the dark planet of Korriban. His parents were memebers of Darth Phobos' cult.He Was a Force Sensitive. Phobos saw much in Ryakk, and was planning taking him in as her personal apprentice when he was old enough. However, forseeing her cult couldn't last for all eternity, Phobos developed a plan. She constructed a tomb for Darth Ryakk and put him into a magic force sleep. Once that was done, she constructed a pendant for Ryakk made with a crystal.When Darth Phobos finally died, her soul was trapped within the crystal, giving her soul eternal life, to watch over the tomb untill the time seemed right to awaken Ryakk and restart the cult.

It appears that day has finally come.......

Now guided by the voice of Phobos' soul coming from the pendant, His goals are to; A: Find a suitable host body for his master's spirit and B: Restart the cult. He will work tirelessly to fuffill his goal.

Well I don't see a problem with your character, except for the fact that we havent made the rank system yet...but it was going to have 6 different ranks...and you have to start as an initiate...and then have a master choose you. then you become an apprentice, then move up through the ranks until you are no longer reliant on your master (Which I think is going to be the 3rd rank)...So basically, your history of being trained and stuff, well it can't really happen. and you should start young (dont worry, you'll pretty much instantly age with your rank.) It has to be that way...well cause its cool like that.

Actually, you dont need to post the powers. Just a number next to them, then you pretty much have all the powers, they just get stronger as you put more points into it. I think youll understand it a little better seeing how I put up the ranks.

I'm confused. So I'd start as a Sith Runt, but how does Phobos' Ghost fit into this? Since I technically have a master already, would I start as an apprentice?Do I need to find another master, the betray him/her for Phobos?

Meh, I don't mean to make things complicated. But one, phobos is dead..and it is cool that you are trying to bring her back. But you wont be able to for awhile, due to the fact that your force power wont be strong enough to do that...I'd say Sith Lord rak would make you strong enough...But until then, she can talk to you. But in reality, another sith will be your master...Dont worry, youll pretty much start as an apprentice...You start on the same planet as my sith, so you can join his academy. (Once I make him) And I guess you can be my apprentice.

No one an really be approved until the site is done, or at least the planets are.

2.Phobos is dead but her spirit lives in the pendant, guiding me.

and 4. I'll be able To ressurect Phobos when I become a Sith lord.

And for the other question
Each rank gives you three more points to every stat (Excluding engineering, you get 1 for that since your a force user.) I think that answers your question.
